Custom Made Billet Water Inlet

These are the parts for the water inlet that I am going to use. I got the fragola weld in fittings online. They are -12AN. The Earls are 90 degree ones. The tubing 6061 is just 1.250 OD .125 aluminum tubing.	I needed to turn down the "hex" part of the fitting as well as the locator nubs on the back of the fitting so they sit properly for the mock up of the tubing to the fitting on the block.

Fitting all set for welding. Just thowing a slight chamfer on it.	This is the mock up on the big block chevy. The other parts are Rex marine water intlet plates anodized black.

After tacking the mock up on the block I disassembled the center tube and fully TIG welded the fittings on.	Here it is on the block. Up next is the feed inlet in the bottom of the tube and a threaded bung on top for a pressure gauge.
